**Updated August 2017

I love books. I love to read. I love to support authors. Most of the reviews I do on this blog are from books that I have bought and fallen in love with. However, I am a member of NetGalley, and I receive free copies of books in exchange for honest reviews. When I receive a book from them, I will let you, the reader, know. I am open to authors asking for a review of their book in exchange for a free copy. When that happens, I will let you, the reader, know. In the cases of receiving free books, I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own. I am disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s 16 CFR, Part 255: “Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.”

REQUESTING A BOOK REVIEW:

I will be taking very limited requests for the rest of the year (October 1- December 31) as I am getting ready and then participating in NaNoWriMo.

I read all kinds of fiction books and memoir-type books. I do not mind a juicy sex scene as long as it does not promote violence. Send requests to terriluvsbooks@gmail.com I will try to get back to you in 2-3 days if I am interested in your book or not.  Once I have accepted a request, I will let you know how long you can expect before I post a review. I only want .mobi files, please.

If I review your book and I can’t finish it, I do not want to slam you. I try very hard to find good things about the book, but if I can’t, I will let you know. I do not like rating systems, so I don’t use one. My review will include what I like about the book and what the book is about. There are good books that I like, and then there are GOOD books, that I love. I will give my opinion accordingly.

I post multiple times on Facebook and Twitter. I post on Goodreads and Amazon. If you are working on building up your social media in a different avenue, let me know, and I will try to post other places.

I offer free and paid services to help authors with marketing and putting their book together. If you have a bookblog, you’d like to add to my list, fill out this form and check out my list.  If you have any questions or concerns, please email me and lets talk.

** I no longer have a Kindle Unlimited account, so please do not ask me to read your book through that service.
